PCI-XSigla

Bus PCI mejorado que incrementa la capacidad de transferencia de información desde 1.33 MBps hasta 1 GBps. Fue diseñado en conjunto por IBM, HP y Compaq para incrementar el desempeño de dispositivos de banda ancha como tarjetas de red Ethernet Gigabit o como los arreglos de procesadores (processor clusters).
