Masa dulce obtenida por cocción de miel, azúcares y clara de huevo, incorporando almendra pelada y tostada, y posteriormente amasada, a la que tradicionalmente se le da forma de tableta rectangular o torta. Originaria de la repostería tradicional de Jijona, en Alicante, España.
